well there is no depth in the quality of horses racing here to be able to handle 2 big meetings in 3 days, but then it gets worse if you include derby day and then on saturday

Fiance's father has two tomorrow at Morphetville.

Starlite - AR6 #4 - Resumes after a spell, recently won a barrier trial against Barker Lad and Lyrical Currency by 2 1/4 lengths. 2 wins from 3 tries first up and Tangos Choice the only danger I'd think. Trainer is extremely happy with how he is going.

Beaujolang - AR7 #12 - Should be at decent odds tomorrow, as most will see that it would be hard pressed to turn the tables on Mei Wenty or be able to beat Kayeema Jay and Awe and Wonder. Trainer thinks that Mei Wenty is obvious main danger and will require some luck to win this one. Had to go all the way around them last time, but if it can get a sneaky inside run and save some ground is a definite chance.

Have to agree with Starlite mate, believe they were targetting harder melbourne races with him this prep. That still on the cards? one of the best going around in Adelaide, highly underrated.

Yep, without a doubt. Last prep they had targeted the Group 3 Spring Stakes over 1200 at Morphetville but the horse got an abscess leading up to that race so they decided to spell it early and bring it back stronger next time round. Trainer is being very cautious, because the Dam's (Pestalozzi) career got cut short by injury.

Can't imagine it will run more than 2 races in Adelaide this prep all going to plan and suitable races are found in Melbourne. I'll find out more tomorrow after the race as to what they've got planned for it.
