Essendon finally get a 7 day break and are playing the Saints coming off a 6 dayer and 4 straight games at the Dome.

Saints too strong most of the night with ending with nearly double Essendon's scoring shots.

It was surprising to hear a player (Hawthorn I think) the other night saying the MCG's surface was harder than the Dome's and the players were getting sore feet!

Anyway, going to back Richmond against the Dogs Dutchy?

Yeah looked like the system was clicking in nicely in the 2nd half, but Bombers couldnt kick the goal to get it to single digits....more proof the system works though IMO, Saints just still a little too good....nd yes your right Richmond is a play this week, nearly forgot!
