Qualifier 1
Mr Feelgood is drawn to to be handy midfield and be too strong at the finish. Currently $3.00 Take it now as i think it will start shorter.
Ohoka Utah ($11.00) has drawn to be an e.way chance.
Destreos ($101.00) from barrier 1 could also sneak a place.

Qualifier 2
Limited chance here. A.Reactor $1.20 is too short. I Am Sam ($5.50) and Iron Hudge ($7.50) are the only dangers. Iron Hudge may lead and is worth a few $$$ on him.

Qualifier 3
Blacks a Fake looks the goods here tho @ $1.35 probably just pay to watch this race.

6 week ban for Purdon following his lacklustre drive on the Reactor. Thoughts?

one of new zealand best trainers, been in the game for a while, not quite sure what he was doing last sat night though. Maybe didnt go forward in spite of all the talk surrounding the Reactor. 6 week ban will hit him hard.

Thats crap. Made a mistake and is rubbed out for 6 weeks. Hope the stewards dont make an error in judgement, in fact they have so they should suspend themselves for 6 weeks.

Agreed. I would of thought 2 weeks maximum for change of tactics, but 6 weeks is farcical on the stewards behalf. Obvious power trip.

Why was the decision crap he give the horse NO HOPE OF WINNING and its probley a blessing because the horse is a chance of winning now it will be able to be drived in the right manner.

I'll be laying the Reactor to the hilt.

Another over-rated NZ'er, who has a lot of hype for no good reason.

100% correct G. No way a gift before barrier draw and this weeks heats.
BAF should be fav. Has it all, Gate Speed, Toughness, Tactical speed, Score on the board, home state advantage, most probably a stablemate in the final And a driver who in the last 3 years hasn't made a blew in a major race!!!!!
He would nearly cross Auckland Reactor if both draw the front. And if I am Sam is in the death how many runners will he hand up to???????? Answer: 1 - Blacks a fake Only!!!!!!

He has to be the one they have to beat.
I'll be trackside this sat night to see the action hope BAF doesn't fall by the waistside!!!!!!!!

Was about to come on here and give Butcher a spray for handing up to Blackie, turned out to be a masterful stroke for Changeover. Blackie did a bit of work early, so maybe it wasn't the worst decision. It might've been a different story if Changeover didn't get up though.

The Trans-Tasman duel heats up, going to be one hell of a final.

i agree i thought it was a drive to qualify rather than to win but most en zedders do hand up.......jl, do you think he would hand up in a grand final ? (i was happy he handed up as i had BAF going in trebles & quaddies for numerous units)
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway
