Like the Bombers tonight, wouldnt suprise me if they won TBH.

The 3rd delayed preseason in a row must have some effect on the Cats, the Bombers have had a good prep and IMO will be very cometitive tonight, getting the 28 points in is a luxury and makes it a solid bet for tonight.

Firstly lets look at South at home last year, bearing in mind they were very poor overall -

9 games at home, only won 2 games outright but covered the line 8 out of the 9 games and went 5-0 ATS against all the finalists from 2009.

Centrebet have put up South +50.5 for tomorrows game! South are a better team this year under Fuller and expect a very honest account of themselves, I was expecting this line to be around 25/30. Sturt also travelled to Darwin for a trial game last weekend, a preparation that may tire them late in the game. On the facts you have to back South in here for their first home game of the year.

Tale of the weekend - Started strong with Carlton, Hawks, Brisbane, Glenelg and South all covering very easily. Essendon cost me by a kick. Should have stopped on Sat night, Sunday was a disaster.

Lesson Learnt - Too many bets too early. Not getting strong line thru Adelaide's preseason form and underestimating Freo at home. In hindsight I regret backing Collingwood as I did have them circled.

I also like South at the line, they were very impressive last week while Norwood were average. South might even get the win here.

Amazed how low this total is, was expecting close to 200, I dont trust either teams defence TBH and reckon this will be a high octane shootout. Brisbane coming off the short break helps also, both teams a huge show of going over 100 points each
