Anyone else get on the betfair offer during the week where if you took their experts 4 picks in a multi and only 1 leg fails you get your money back (up to $25).
Damn we've been lucky so far with both the first 2 legs getting up by 1 pt (Carlton line and Geelong h2h).
I'm starting to lay off on the last 2 selections of Sydney and West Coast but hopefully the $360 odd bucks comes through, luck seems to be on our side so far! :D

Sydney/Melbourne and West Coast/Kangaroos has finished?
Who won?

Also curious if it was an offer to everyone or just emailed to some?

I backed St Kilda in a multi of my own for $5 and picked them in footy tipping at work if it helps! I honestly thought St Kilda would win with Geelongs outs.

I actually cheered when Geelong kicked that late goal, I would have hated to lose the bet by 0.5 even though I was on the right side of that Thursday night. Crazy first two games though.

My biggest bet is on hawks -2.5 tonight so I expect them to win by 2 points haha

Shut up, don't care.
Nice state of affairs when the Grand Mufti breaks the rules, even worse when one of the three posters on this site who isn't a moderator has to crack the steel ruler over the knuckles.
Tell me about your woes, backed The Aints 40+, lucky both teams combined got that. Taped it on IQ & flicked across to Nuremberg marching trials of ww2 on the History channel after about 5 minutes.

St Kilda cost me as well. Should never have lost that game.

I am on the Bullies also today.

I might get on Sydney as well with the start, they are a good chance against Melbourne even if it is away.

Oh God, stupid me lays off on Melbourne for $100 to cover my $25/$365 bet on Car/Gee/Syd/WC but I took Melbourne -2.5.

Only result that could kill me was a draw or a Melbourne win by 1 or 2 pts.

Off to slash my wrists now.

Feel your pain mate, lost 4 multis in last 2 days when one of South Africa, Brisbane, or Sydney didnt get up .. Only about $80 spent so not the end of the world, and i did get lucky with the Cats, but they were worth over $800 and Bris and Syd were well and truly in winning positions :(

Turns out I was only completely screwed if melb won by 1-3. As it was a draw I still got a return for the other 3 legs, $198. Take away the initial $25 investment and $100 plonked on Melb and I still won enough for a carton of Little Creatures.
Very lucky weekend though, if Richmond had got 1pt closer instead of being $170 up for the weekend I would have been $125 down!
Still my system of picking mainly home teams early inthe season paid off although unlucky with Brissy.
