Treble paid terrible today.. should of been over $2,000... obviously Mal got it for many units??

Just want the 2,3,5,9 to win Race 6 for my quaddies to be still going - had some luck with Favourites getting rolled so far, so just need them to keep coming..

SCD you are probably right MAL probably got it for many units, he always gets them for MANY units and then complains about the divvie, i mean there is only so much that can be shared around. I think BAYMAN also got the treble and is looking at retirement villages

want the 1,2,7,8 or 9 to win the next race... (Race 7) - best result is the 1 and then 9 and then 7.. but would take any of the 5 mentioned.. but 1 or 9 would be the best option.

Well Bayman - can you confirm / deny you got the treble today... if so how disappointed are you with the dividend?? given the 6 in the 1st leg only paid $30 on Supertab.. but still should have paid over $2000 with the $1.30 and $1.60 and $1.50 favourites all missing out today...

Stampy - for someone who doesn't like the Red Hots - it shows that by following the form (as Mal, Bayman and to a lesser extent I do) - you can find value against these favouites.. you may not get it right all the time, but check through my tips today and you can see

R1 - Tri in top 3 tips
R2 - quin and exacta in top 3
R3 - Tri in top 5 picks
R4 - winner @ $10 (in 2) and tri in top 5 picks
R5 - quin and exacta in top 3
R6 - winner @ $4 (in 3)

Race 7 and 8 is a bit more open and difficult, but to this stage we've had a few odds on favs beaten and i've found most of the ones to catch them out in my top tips...

One more time for my story:

I am walking along a beach and I trip over a genies lamp.
Out comes a genie and asks
" MAL you have a choice a MILLION $$$$$ or Advertiser prices for a year."
I replied.
" Advertiser prices please please please please please #-o "

$3-80 if only.....

A million dollars from $5,000 in the aMAY-Zing challenge on another thread.

Lots of shortys due to the lack of depth of horses at the trots.
Too many runners who are genuine 100/1 shots running

yes stampy there is, but if there is 3 real good things at the trotts & they are all oddson how about an allup ?

eg, 3 horses all at say 1/2 ($1.50) (presuming they were certainties as offcourse some horses shouldn't be oddson when they are) an allup would give you $3.375 so whats wrong with that ?

well i can confirm that GREED cost me getting the treble i had these two trebles
4,5,6,7,9,10/1,5/5 by $4.00 & 4,5,6,7,9,10/1,5/7 by $2.00 if i lessoned my units i would've got it as ulanart was my third pick & as soon as it found the lead i knew it would win & while i still won (got the r5 & r7 first4's) i feel shattered, i hope dutchy got it as i have a feeling he might have & also i'm sure mal got it, as for mt your right i'm looking for a retirement village as i dont want to work anymore

sounds like my 11 and 15 year old boys, they are bigger gamblers than me (if i would let them of course) a visit to the other side of the earth (christies to bolivar) is on the cards, we should have done that instead of wasting our time going to morphettville a month or so ago :x

Both Bayman and I had the 6 in our selections - anyone who had it in the treble @ over $75 - well done to you..

first of all sky didn't do the adelaide replays overnight so i haven't watched them, but i think smith had every right to challenge for the lead as while the fav was oddson it was way way too short i had it 4/1 as i did the winner, why was i at work ? that was a GIFT i even said it was a very open first leg of the treble, how the fav was oddson i still cant work out, & mind you i did not expect it to lead

scd how come you didn't back it at that price or were you working as well ?
