Looks hard to beat from here.
On his day McEvoy is fantastic.

It's just that he doesn't have too many days when he's ON.

And they don't want you to go live in Mt Isa - as that may limit your safooty.net time 8)

Would be interested to know McEvoy's stats on first-starters.

I reckon it would be right up there with the best.
(Probably due to his association with Darley/Snowden, but he seems to get up more often than not on a first-starter that is in the market)

TAB on line have this it won...

5 BRUTE BERNARD 2.6 3.1 2.0 P GATT 1 53.5 C 9X3 100

Yet in the paper and Terry Mac said that T Baker rode it to victory.

Hope the TAB still think Gatt won when they pay out!

Wouldn't mind some of Brent's Bowman-Knobel double right now.

Bowman wins at Canterbury & is now the one to be on.
And Knobel has 4 good rides to come and is 2 from the lead. BIG chance!

Symons/Gauchi on 6 at Kilmore no? Knobel only on 2 at this stage?

Either way I still think he is a shot. Happy about Bowman's chances.. I like his next 2 rides.

Sportingbet have this as the tally
.... they have given the points to Gatt

C Lever 1 1 0 5.00
P Gatt 1 1 0 5.00
S Price 1 1 0 5.00
M Neilson 0 1 2 4.00
O Ay 1 0 0 3.00

I rang AG and he said Baker was definatly on the horse.

Please dont tell the TAB until after I have collected. 8)
