8 - 1 looks the clear top pick here. 2,4,6,7,8 are all fairly even and they should fill in the exotics

9 - 5,6 look like battling it out for the win and 1,3 look only hopes to fill exotics

10-6 clear winner. the 2 looks a roving type for the exotics

11 - 8 on top with 1,7 as the main exotic hopes. the 7 looks the leader and the 8 can get a soft run across.
the 7 is the main danger to the 8

12 - 4,8 are the main winning chances and then out to the 2. the 2 is capable of winning but i expect the 8 to be leading

An interesting race with some early speed from 4,6,7. #1 and #2 have the benefit of Little De bruin on their outside, but they must race cleanly in the opening stages. Lightning Leah won't be too fussed about the inside draw here, except that she might miss the start. Catching Fire is a troublesome mover at the start.

The public will find 1,2,7,6 on top I feel

With the speed from Major Fire, I can't see Northern Trouble being able to successfully cross this field like last time. Is a railer and will need a bit of luck from this draw. Hope the old girl can get up though as only has a few more runs until retirement. If she fails this could be her last.

White Grease only has to step a little bit better here today and drawn close to rails gets ideal draw, same with Smokin Gonzales. Hello Flip is the surprise packet. Will lead #1 and probably #3 gets the room early and with the 7,8 moving across, 5 going straight, and 3 needing to jump better. It will run an improved race!

An open race this one. But I feel that this could be the race where punters get it completely wrong. They are going to come for the outside runners in this field. But I don't think they know that #4 Katt Enlim is a consistent beginner here who will move wide at the beginning. #3 Gifted Jay Jay is another consistent beginner who steps left a little at the start then straightens up and will always run at 17.00. Wonder Kids can beat 3,4 in a perfect race by about 3 lengths I feel - and will get a great opportunity to win today. #5 races well here and also #8.

#7 was less than convincing first time returning from a spell, expect to improve and no dog with distance form has ever run well here.

Napalm Red gets the absolute best draw today. Mr Chow heads to the outside fence and has speed early, so those wanted to shift to the inside are going to have to cross Mr Chow first.... could be a lot of carnage. Napalm Red loves racing here and with a clear run should be too good. Watch for #3 the public won't want her, but is also drawn superbly.

This is an interesting race. There is hardly any early speed from these runners from box rise. And they willl mostly all be heading towards the rails except for WHeres Trixie. Ralfy HAS to improve on the rails here, 2,3,4, don't crash to the rails, 5,6,7,8 are all slower out and run home along the rails. This could be one interesting race!!
