Australia were paying $6 on TAB at end of england innings... now they are $3.30 and england are $8.50 (i think)

draw is $1.50 or so...

shoulda jumped on aussies at 6 and then backed poms now... and just hope like hell there wasnt a draw

There's a reason the draw is at $1.50

Looks like a typical English forecast ... sunny with cloudy periods and the chance of a shower. :D :D

I like this logo that weatherunderground.com uses   Image

I actually like the Aussies from here. I can't see England being able to take another 19 wickets, especially with Broad in doubt, unless the pitch really deteriorates badly. Hard to see that happening though, and what turn has been there has been slow.

I can't believe how loose some of the English top order were. Bopara, Pietersen, Flintoff played some terrible shots early and I think this showed with everyone getting starts but no one going on with it. If the Aussies can bat all day today and lead by 150+ then I think the poms will be pretty demoralised and I reckon we're a huge show to roll them in the second dig.

Ha! A cloud with a question mark. It's like "it might rain, but we're not sure, so we'll put a question mark there so we can't get blamed if we are wrong either way. We're not making any promises."

Highest 1st Innings Score Australia

Katich $10 @ 5.00 = $50 return

The pitch looks as good as it gets at this stage so like the Kat who will be on from the start. Also England have made no secret they are gunning for Phil Hughes so i can see Katich taking advantage of this.

I'll keep a small tally going of all my bets throughout the Ashes, i generally don't bet big though.

Damn :(

now that i've looked at my bets, the best i can do (realistically) is up $210. i know "when you're winning you're not losing", but i wish i looked at the odds a bit better than i did.

invested approx $170 in all.we'll see how we go
