You really have to be available all day to re-invest, as you wouldnt win simply putting on a few bets at the start of the day and checking them later surely????? The guys who have the time and re-invest have the best chance of winning, would I be correct in saying that?
Can you back for a place only? I have only done win bets so far.

My theory so far is to whack the lot on an early race then if you win, load it up on a race later in the day.

So we are on Gosford today, I will have a play.
So I could buy in a comp for $20, beat off the other 4 entrants who have lost all their money> I am sitting pretty on $1000 still, then 5 blokes can enter just before the last race and beat me???? I will not even know they have entered until after?

Personally I think you should be entered before the first but can bet whenever you want to

The leaderboard shows everyone who is in the comp - Anyone with an amount under "BUCKS" but doesnt have a "POS" hasn't bet their full allotment of BETTA BUCKS.... And if they have $0 under BUCKS they have blown their money....
