How does it work with +11 ?

How come the minus points are .5 and the plus points are whole numbers ?

thinks thats coincidence Diss, doestn matter if its even or 0.50...when the line is a whole number (e.g. +11 and they lose by 11) its considered a draw so money back or if $1-90 a small loss...your Multi would get adjusted accordingly
