good place bet

I agree the thought I had is it might be a bum sniffer, therefore Ill be going harder at the place than the win

I did 4 box quin/tri's half units on the way to work this morning.

3 of the 4 have Allez Wonder... I agree the machine loves it. Hope it runs well, although I don't have it in my picked trifecta...

Certainly has a chance mate .. Positives: Class horse, Cummings trained, will get the "give" in the ground that it needs ... Negatives: Unproven at the journey (longest win is 2400m)

Each way or place bet. A bit worried about Viewed after Roman's jockey really talked it up this morning.

Viewed is probably the safe pick, in better form than last year, minimal additional weight and proven at the journey and field ... If it were to get beaten, Roman Emporer probably has as much chance as any.

Hugh Bowman in the saddle too, excellent jockey.

If you want to add some value i would be putting it in a quinella with Noesis.
Or in a trifecta with Broken and Noesis.

I'm going to do what I did with success in the Cox plate, and pot the faves in a trifecta.

Viewed = Sure, going great but is he in the same calibre as Makybe diva who was the last horse to carry 58kg. Under the odds.

Roman Emperor = Unproven at distance and on his C/Cup run, I don't know that he'll get the 3200m.

Alcopop stays in - Has nothing wrong and Shocking's win means he has beaten something, and the biggest factor is that he is an incredibly relaxed horse.

I was on Shaheq E/W, they might throw in a protest, but prob won't stand.
David Hayes would probably be in a bad mood following his Cup's scratching & will prob throw in the protest.
