I thought the 2,5 were the early pace in the race and went with the 2 only due to the better draw it has.

I think the 7 will get a good clean run out wide, im not expecting the 6,8 to show any pace early.

The 4,1 are both solid run on types and must includes for trifectas. Concerned with the 4, its last four starts from the red, moving into the middle boxes may cause a few issues.

I don’t rate 3,6,8 at all.

Time to redeem. Only 1/12 top raters won at Ballarat, a few close seconds. But still nearly lost all my level stakes profit from HVL Sunday....

Plenty of early speed from #7 to lead this field as the runners around aren't the smartest beginners here.

UNFLEXABLE is drawn inside out. And IM THE COOLEST is going to benefit from that and also the #10 slow beginner. #4 has plenty of pace early if runs up to past runs. First up here.

Trainer was confident of winning with ZEUS on Sunday. Has a straight run at home so didn't bother trialing runners here before their debut. Should prove too good again today.

As woof has mentioned before SIDE BY SIDE is off his game. Found plenty of bother last start, but was slow out .... again.

Even though I have rated last, you never know what Brian's dogs are going to do here.......

Besides that. #7 must jump clear here, has drawn well in terms of runners around as the #8 will go straight and so will #6 *who will be slower out than #7. With 4,5 then on left side again, shouldn't have any problem to cross to the middle of the track in front. #2 will be running on strongly. #7 needs to run about 16.80 to win.

Bruiser Norris is drawn well with EL BLACK GALO on inside, and then WHITE GOLD in box 5 as they will move left. EL BLACK GALO can cause trouble at the start for Bruiser Norris, but prefers the inside here most definitely. White Gold can also jump ok here, but is about 2-3 lengths behind BRUISER NORRIS by the time they hit the first split, and it is a tough box in this field.

BIG INTENTION will be the big improver in this field.

I am of the opinion that only 2 dogs can win this race. SHES OUR CAVIAR simply jumps and leads this field, gets out of the way from NAPALM RED who will jump awkwardly and move to the outside, but is SO SO strong here that runs a much better time than most. It has to be out of them two for mine as anything that wants to come across from out-wide doesn't jump much quicker than NAPALM and we know how tall and leggy he is, is 33kg and mostly bigger than any runner from 5,6,7,8. This just gives SHES OUR CAVIAR the best run of the race. I think #2 will miss the start and get cleaned up

#3 RED SCAR BOY is a mad railer here, absolutely crashes across and then runs home strongly. This will trouble DEMONSTROUS who can be weak if finds trouble. Needs everything to go his way. Is drawn well, but seems to have hit a poor patch. CODY SAM wasn't that impressive last start, but gets another go here from the red. Mustn't get cramped up. This gives #4 a clear view at the start of the race. #8 gets great cover to move across and simply should motor past these by the 100m mark as they all get squeezed up on the rail.

A difficult race this one. #6 jumps well initially did move right last time, but eventually came across to the rails. Was a slow time though, but kept going. Can improve the time. Catching Fire needs to be slow out and cross to the rails and charge through the field here to win. But there are many different styles of racing in this field. #1 can run time, drawn perfectly for mine, but runs in and out. Is on best ground. #2 needs room and will also be running on, not the speediest out. #3 has to run better than best here to figure, and with #4,5,6 on outside is going to be once again cramped.

Ralfy is simply not a Box 8 dog.

#3,7 jump to the lead. #2 slow out but charges home late (if there is a head wind, will win). #1 needs a bit of room, but must jump ahead of #2 if is to figure in the race. #8 is better drawn inside of runners. #6 is a straight track preferred runner and last win out here was in a weaker field, but is drawn perfectly, inside a pinger, outside the railers.......

#3 is drawn inside out and that is only worry, but gets a huge benefit from 1,2 being on inside.

#4 is the only dog who cannot win this race

Smart nominating again.

#3 should PING the lids once again and get around 6.40 for first split. That is enough to win the race. #1 is drawn well to run, and #8 should improve a few lengths with clear run. Has ability here.

Looks a good exotic betting race. Can bet the favourite to run 2nd in this race as will be unders.

I always have huge bias towards those who do well at MEADOWS rather than Sandown form. I think there is a big difference between most dogs abilities at those tracks.
