[HERCULES]

At the S.A.G.R.F meeting held last night an interim commitee was voted in. We have until the next meeting to show that we have enough support via members joining up between now and then otherwise the federation will cease to exist.
This is a great opportunity for everyone involved in the greyhound industry in South Australia to become members and have your concerns heard by a federation that not just listens they act on all concerns raised.
As a new person to this industry i was worried that if the federation folds then there goes our only opportunity to have our concerns heard as a group and not just brushed aside as an individual complaint or concern. So i jumped aboard this new interim commitee and will do everything in my power to see this federation continue the job it has been doing and to get even better at it.
In the next few days we will have a brand new website up and running that will keep everyone updated with the federations progress and its current proposals.

• Changes to the Kennels at Angle Park to Improve Ventilation for the Greyhounds.

• We were Instrumental in the Implementation of the Hot Weather Policy for Greyhounds.

• Breeding Issues

• Help in the production of the SAGRF Flyer read by 160 GOTBA and Gawler Members

MEMBERSHIP IS ONLY $10 PER YEAR WHICH IS A VERY SMALL PRICE TO PAY TO HAVE ALL YOUR MATTERS HEARD AND ACTED UPON!!

P.S I have removed the date in regards to when the next meeting is as it hasnt been confirmed as yet. So once the next meeting is confirmed i will post it on here.

Thats one major problem we confronted last night that no one seems to have known about the actual meeting or for that matter that the federation even existed.
It is much more easier to have our concerns heard if we act as a collective group and not just on an individual basis where it is to easy to be brushed aside.
Thanks again and i sincerely hope we get a big turn out of everyone that has an interest in greyhound racing in South Australia!
