LATE MAL

R3-1 EM CEE SQUARED [$7-00]
At last drawn a barrier and should be in the finish
PLACE

R8-1 CULLENS HOPE [$1-50]
Leads and wins but will be about $1-20 so no value
WIN

OTHER RACES

R1-2 ASSERT
I would declare ASSERT a cert but Im worried about Mayday Mowbray

My e/w tonight
Race 5 no. 7 Last left
Race 6 no. 7 Topnotch Sam

SCD, When are you going to draw a decent gate ?
At the moment we have been drawing good gates but always finding a couple of smarter ones on the night. Hope your luck changes.

Now come on - just because she hasn't drawn barrier 1 or 2 in her last 22 starts and in the last 3 weeks she has done the following
PBD / SEX - 5 mares and she draws 5
RBD - she draws 4 of 8 (that happens, I can deal with this one - even if she keeps getting around this gate)
PBD / SED - 5 mares and she draws 5...

Chances of her getting gate 5 both times in the PBD are 25/1 and to be honest she should be double that price to win tonight from that gate.. absolutely disgraceful and just shows what happens when you are either not a member of the commitee / own a lot of Crayfish or have a steward as a relative... not that i'm suggesting anything!

I'd just like to say a BIG Thank you to head steward Gerard Lalor for NOT replying to my email that he read on Wednesday - all class!!!!!!!!!

IT's complete BS and they can keep their terrible draws and their crap prizemoney once we finally sell her!!

For what it's worth my bets for tonight are

R1 - 2 Assert a win
R4 - 7 Bogus Cash e/w
R8 - 1 Cullens Hope a win
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

i'll apologise in advance if there is any scratchings, as i just got home from work & don't know them
gdp,

r1 no 2 should lead & win (although i'm a little concerned about 'the kamikaze pilot' on 3) from 1,4,5,7
r2 8,9 on top from 7,10
r3 3 on top from 1,7 then 2,4
r4 2,3 from 1,6,7,8
r5 1,7 on top from 3,8
r6 main chances 6,7,9
r7 4 on top & almost a good thing from 3,5,6
r8 1 looks a moral (presuming 6 is out) from 7 then 3,5
r9 chances 2,6,8,9,10

suggested bet(s)
allup
r1 no 2 win
r7 no 4 win
r8 no 1 win

malfair lay
r8 no 6 (looked flat on the line last night so if runs i'd lay it)

good luck on the punt & as always whether on or off the field go the pussy

Bayman - I found out today - there's one thing better then Port Adelaide losing a Prelim Final..

It's Port Adelaide losing a GF by the biggest margin in the history of the AFL and being the first team in history to lose by over 100 points in a GF = it really was history here in the making...

Some idiot has lost a fortune on Race 8 at Globe Derby on NSW Tab...

Place pool $90k (and South Coast was paying $1.00) hence why Cullens Hope paid $1.30 and $3.30 and the 2nd horse paid $22 a place.. pity I didn't see before the race else Centrebet would of had a 4 figure sum put on the 1 a place at that price... and a smaller investment on the 7 also (yes I got the trifecta)

No, unfortunately MAL I was working. Would of been good to see if there was anybody proudly wearing there power colours after yesterdays debacle and for any supporter or anyone in the media especially M RUCCI to say they will learn from this they are kidding themselves. It just confirms that they choked big time and they will b remembered as history makers as losers. I doubt we will see a hiding like that in a GF for a very long time.

there were a couple of people wearing port (power) shirts (brave or stupid ?), although one professional punter that barracks for port who always has one of those straps that holds cards (ie seasons tickets etc)or phones around his neck, which is usually very noticeable hanging around his neck proudly was noticebly in hiding last night as every other week it is out proudly on display, obviously another port frontrunner is (jb)

go the cats, just imagine if geelong played well what they would have won by

Boys if you look at nsw Site Today for GDP race 8 last nite different to what you say!!!

Win $1.3 Place $1
Place $2.90
NTD

Pools Win 11K
Place 16K

Place pool bigger seems strange. so tipping a Big Bet Cancelled or Computer Malfunction!!!
Later would be my tip.
No One in right mind would invest 80 to 90K on 6 horse GDP race.

Fair Call Centreman..
I wonder though what happens to those who had already collected on a ticket?? The all clear and all paying was given well after the race and was still like it after race 9 (i checked to see if it was a mistake) - so if anyone was in a pub and had say $10 the place on the 7 @$22 would they have got their $220 already???
