TRENDS

the old teletext with NSW tote used to display novelty trends - which I found quite handy. the WA TAB also have it on there website.

so basically for a trifecta it tells you how much money is placed on each horse for 1st/2nd and 3rd.

I remember a few years ago I got a tri at sale dogs on a sunday using this, it was $20 to win but it was 3rd pick in the trifecta trends......

just wondering if anybody uses it, or its just me that finds it useful

I've briefly looked at it once or twice over the years but cant see it being too much help and hence dont use it.Easier and simpler ways of making $$$$s than looking at Tri trends.
I do take quite a few Tri's but generally use the Win odds to determine my combinations.
I would say that generally the win odds would line up similar as the Tri trends except in smaller pools.
If as you said that a Dog was paying $20 to win and was 3rd pick in the Tri trends then that would be the FIRST dog that i would NOT put in my Tri's.
