Driver suspended in SA?

Hey guys i've been under a rock, who was the S.A driver suspended for a positive test to drugs just recently?

Not sure at this stage TeeAitch.. maybe Mal or Bayman could shed some light on this... BUT given the stewards have asked it not be named - we probably should be careful here...
I will ask - given there has been 3 drivers in 12 months testing positive to drugs..........
IS THERE A STUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBLEM IN SA HARNESS RACING???
Given the amount of money wagered on horses and the number of positive drug tests in a 12 month period (given a small driver pool).... should these "suspended" sentances be acceptable to the punters or more importantly other trainers / drivers and to a lesser extent owners??

no names, teeaitch perhaps a call to one of your prominent friends would be an idea 
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway
