Will be coming here to NSW to be trained by myself and fiance Jaime. Will have one more race on Wednesday day and then come back with me with my stuff. We beleive he is being over raced and this is killing his jump which was what was winning him almost every race at the Gold Coast.

Once every 7-10 days is enough racing for any greyhound. When you add in the trials they run as well its no wonder dogs are burnt out before they turn 3yo.

If you race a dog every 10 days you are 99% of the time igiving it a trial inbetween behind a lure round a bend in normal cases (which is the same as a race) if you are racing every 4-7 days no trialing just a light free gallop inbetween either way to keep a dog fit to run 500m with 10 days between runs you are galloping the shit out of it at home or trialling it. Horses for courses if you do the form and watch the replays you can see which dog got knocked around its previous start 90% of dogs that dont lead dont try and therefore have not put in 100%
