Curious if anyone else here is playing the Tournament at the casino tomorrow...

Starts @ 2pm
Cost of entry is $340

I Finished 8th out of 74 starters for a collect of $860.

Got knocked out with about 4 or 5 tables left, pocket 8's, hit trips on the flop, runner runner straight for the other guy

Yeah, certainly is a Frustrating game at times and i guess that about 98% of players would say that they were unlucky and 2% would say they played badly. :wink:

Was unlucky on that hand, but had a few good players on my table from the start :evil:

What table did u start on JJ? any idea who won?

Table No. 1 and didn't have to move for the 7 hours i played.
Some old bloke won from the 40 odd y.o. chubby (arnt all poker players inc. myself) bloke with dark shades and Red cap. Didn't know their names.

Nice work, was on table 4. At least i didnt go out on the 2nd hand like one of the guys on our table ;)

There aint too many times i do my cash at the track Ceeman (Only on Gavins Drives).

What about the bloke that turned up at 4.00 pm to play. Did his entry fee cold. He said he was told it started at 4.15 instead of 2.00pm. Now thats unlucky.

Wouldnt be happy with that, do you only play the tourny's there or cash games 2
