Lads,

As you may have noticed SAFooty.net is now affiliated with Sportsbet and we are hoping the relationship is a successful one for both parties.

Sportsbet commenced markets on the SANFL last year providing the first true online markets for our great comp. They have a vast range of Footy options including markets on some of the Country and Amateur Leagues.

As part of our new agreement we have set up our own AFL Tipping competition within their Million Dollar Tipping Competition. So not only can you have a crack at the biggest ever prizes for a footy tipping comp (Over $1,000,000-), there will be prizes for our own SAFooty Tipping Comp.

1st prize: $250- Free bet
2nd Prize: $150- Free bet
3rd Prize: $50- Free bet

To register if you are not a Sportsbet member -

> Click on the Sportsbet link on the Home Page of SAFooty
> Register with Sportsbet
> Register in the Million Dollar Tipping Competition
> Then register in the SAFooty Tipping Comp
Name: SAFooty
Competition Code: 703
Password: SANFL

If you are already a member of Sportsbet (as many are) then you only need to complete the final 2 steps of above

Prizes will be confirmed very shortly in this thread.

Note - All NEW members who sign up will receive a $50- free bet courtesy of Sportsbet

Entry is free.

If you have any questions about this please post here or PM me.

Cheers
Dutchy

This is going to be great Lads, they are also going to support our normal Punting Comp which will be announced very shortly.

I know Geoff had already set up his own Comp within Sportsbets comp, I dont think there is any restriction to how many you join so no dramas if your in both.

Cheers

Lads, regarding the free bet, it should be available to you now as long as you opened the account via clicking on our banner on the home page or the Gambling Room. Note that it does not show in your account balance, insturctions below from their website -

To use your free bet simply select the Race (and horse) or the Sport event you wish to wager on. You’ll see a betting slip appear – on the right hand side of the betting slip is a menu “Free Bet” – select your free bet from this menu and finalise your wager.

If the above does not help you, please watch our video on how to redeem a free bet.

I've signed up with Sportsbet and have entered the SANFL tipping comp as well as the AFL & NRL tipping comps - I want most of that million dollars for me! I was unable to get my free bet to appear as per the various instructions & help screens - in the end I phoned Sportsbet on 1800 990 907 - person I spoke to advised that sometimes when people register via a website like I did, the free bet option won't work and they have to manually add it to my account. Which has now been done and I got a $60 free bet - which has now been invested. So if you sign up and don't get the free bet happening - it needs a phone call to Sportsbet to set things right. Cheers.

dont think so crush, the margin accumulates during the year and is a tie breaker for anyone tied on the same number of wins at the end of the year...
