Ive backed Carlton at $2.03 and Freo at $2.10 (remembering their last match at Subi when they should have beaten Geelong).

remembering there last match before the all star game where they led by 51 points to get run down by a team who hadnt won a game till then

Exactly, Freo never hold conisistent form from one round to the next hence why they'll win!

Well if thats the case why don't you just load up on them to win 11 games every year can't lose then according to your theory! Bulldogs will be a top 4 side this year Freo will be lucky not to be in the bottom 2.

That's the problem though, you'd load up on the 11 wrong games with Freo.
If they can outplay Geelong at Subi Im sure they can outplay the Bulldogs but it wouldn't surprise me if they lost by over 10 goals, at least Freo make it interesting, they're like a box of chocolates! (unfortunately for their fans they're mostly soft centres with the occasional chocky with a hard nut!)

Ive whimped out and backed Carlton and Freo's opposition in the 1-39 bracket.

A bit of value IMO this round
i like melb/adel total score <150 to reap 7/1
Port <39.5 is paying $3.90 whereas the win is $3.00
iv taken both the above with Essendon at a generous line +39.5 and richmond +28.5 in a 4way multi
paying 80/1 an iv had 5 on it.
