LATE MAL

R3-2 DAYZEINAY [$3-20]
This horse is a potential superstar
Its changed stables a couple of times now
Kearney took it over last run and it absolutely smashed a good horse Fifty Gorillas
If Kearney has found the secret to firing up this enigmatic pacer it could be anything still.
IF I was driving I would let the horse settle early in the race
Then I would set it alight and go for the front, if any other driver wants to hold it out they will get clobbered
IF its close to paper odds it would be worth a punt
IF its odds on prefer to just watch
WIN [if black odds or better]

R9-6 MELPARK SUNSET [$3-80]
The clear fav will be [5] MAIN ARTERY
MAIN ARTERY is very moody, if it jumps and trots it will win this
MELPARK SUNSET is of 40m
But I envisage a couple of these unreliable trotters in this race will do some skipping
I just feel that MELPARK SUNSET will be in the finish
EXOTICS
If there was 3 place divs would be a great EW bet

HARNESS HARP
_____________

Mildura today
ZERRAFOSS is running
R7-9 and would be a chance in this race
David Harding is over there to drive it
Thats great for the connections of ZERRAFOS
BUT
That means this champion driver has no drives at Gawler tonight
Thats a pity

Also for those who done some advanced study
ZERRAFOSS is engaged to run at GDP TOMorrow night
Im tipping it will not run

ZERRAFOSS is too valuable an assett to race twice in 24 hours.
He could possibly win the GDP race but why risk it
The horse has had its share of injuries in the past
The connections would be wise to scratch the horse as Im sure they will

$1-05 ZERRAFOSS scratched TOMorrow nite
$26 running

the FFA didn't go ahead last week....
Maybe they were short of noms again this week and it might have meant the difference between the race going ahead or not and given that the stable mate Triple Velocity has got a run because of it this week....

If that's the case - then they are pretty smart to ensure all stable runners are getting a run.
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

C'mon Span, you know better than to think MAL has any idea about horses going thru the classes as proven with an ordinary conveynce like Dayenzinay being labelled a potential superstar.
The horse could be handy at best.

The main difference between us Dutchy is that I say the same things to MAL's face and in private emails to him and dont hide behind an alias and be a HERO. :D :D
I also dont tip something and then when it goes pear-shaped, tell everyone that luckily I squared the ledger in the run and even made a small profit

By the way boys, I wasnt having a go at MAL for tipping Dayenzinay it was for his ridiculous comment that it was "a potential superstar".
Dutchy check the Round 10 footy comp and there might have been a winner tipped ?

Also Dutchy, Rugby League State of Origin where you conveniently posted after the game that you got out square in the 2nd half. :butthead:
