i've had to put a sports bet on for my brother (he hasn't got the net at home & didn't know the codes) & it was a multi that added up to a return of $382.37 & when i sent the bet through the dividend/return changed to $380.00, now i could understand rounding off the 7c or even the 37c but the other $2.00 is daylight robbery because they shorten the prices after you've had the bet, no wonder i hardly bet with them

Didnt know anyone still bet with them!

Anyone that does isnt serious about making $$$...this just confirms it

In the 3rd test (England vs New Zealand) they were offering the best odds on a number of results, pity those I backed lost anyway, so it didnt matter in the end

well actually he was getting better than our friends because part of the multi has nadal 1.31 elswhere & tab 1.33

what i'm saying is i put the bet on it told me what the return is then when the bet goes on it changes

i know with WATAB sportsbets they warn you that the divvie may change from the quote to actual divvie

unfortunately thats why my multi's are done elsewhere

Backed a horse on the moonee valley Trots Friday night with them at $7.00 and then 2 seconds later when i confirmed it, they gave me $5.50
Horse ran unplaced.
This has happened about 5 - 6 times to me and only ONCE has the Dividend INCREASED which i was happy about despite it losing.
This has always happened in the last minute of betting b4 the race so can understand the prices are fluctuating but it's certainly NOT an ideal situation.

i mean if anyone is serious about punting, fixed odds on sportsbet arent the way to go........even when they do things like change the odds in the blink of an eye!!!!!

id rather take slight unders and KNOW what price i was getting rather then the rafferty rules that TABsportsbet run by.

Im rather happy with TAB Rortbet at the minute ....especially after they didnt suspend/ change the odds in the Sha Tin jockey challenge until 20 mins after the first race yeasterday... $4 for beadman and he rode the first winner..... by the time they realized I had been to the well several times.... ..... then they put him into $2.20....


plus....giving me $1.85 the bulldogs at 1/4 time thankyou very much!!!!!!
