The pool was $6570
After commissions the pool would be about $5256 [20% commisions taken out]

What are the dividends if one was the only person to get it at a
$1 unit
50c unit
25c unit

$1 unit = $5256
1/2 unit = half above amount, the othr half jackpots
1/4 unit = 1/4 the amount, 3/4 jackpots....


Biggest joke in SA were the pick 4 pools at GDP yesterday.... see race 4 I think it was..... exacta $521...... first 4 $110 roughly......

I beg to differ AG. Your dividends would apply to UNITAB where you must have a full $1.00 unit to get the whole pool where as on S/Tab you only have to get it for a $0.50 unit to get the pool.

SUPERTAB
$1.00 unit Div = $5256 (100% of pool)
$0.50 unit Div = $10,512 (100% of pool - $5256)
$0.25 unit Div = $10,512 (Receive 50% of pool - $2,628) ($2,628 jackpots)

UNITAB
$1.00 unit Div = $5256 (100% of pool)
$0.50 unit Div = $5256 (Receive 50% of pool - $2,628) ($2,628 jackpots)
$0.25 unit Div = $5256 (Receive 25% of pool - $1,314) ($3,942 jackpots)

Unitab is a joke as their First 4 s used to pay the POOL on a $0.25c unit but with the introduction of Flexi betting, they now only pay the entire pool if a full $1.00 unit is taken.

Unitab is a complete joke..... just look at the any 2 and first 4 pools.....

serious punters wouldnt even bother betting into a F4 pool so small because as you see with a $14 winner you just cant get rewarded with the divvie you deserve

should have paid $2k + .....and the poor prick got back $55 and it probably cost him more than that to put on.....WADH!!!

If anyone finds out who is putting these first 4's on...get a brick and whack them over the head with it..... its best for everyone!!!!!
