yes, thankyou Sledgie...! I had my table over the other side of the room, & I wished to sit there & study the sheets (just like I have every week for the last 3 years). Seriously tho, how hard is it to- print out a sheet for customers (they usually have a stack of them), or say "sorry, we're updating our prices on the net at the moment, I'll bring one over when ready". The service at this particular Bookies outlet has slipped a great deal. I like to think long & hard before I lose my money, & it's my right as a punter!Wedgie wrote:Im curious as to why you coudln't look at the board Punky?
Did you want slippers and a martini brought over also?

& rightly so. Mr Thornton has felt my wrath in the past, & hopefully he (through Steve Churches) feels it again!Dogmatic wrote:They are running scared as you have made losses in the first 2 rounds of the SANFL and are due for a collect.

There's nothing wrog with my maths- 13 years of punting has strengthened it, not weakened it.Wedgie wrote:as I just wander over to where the bets are laid out, work out my bets in my head in 5 seconds and make my bets including complex multis.
Go back to school and do Math if you have troubles with it!![]()

Seriously you should have a good idea of the odds before you get there anyway with bets in plan that would only require a few seconds of tuning.
Surely you'd only be betting SANFL with him when you can get much better odds most times for AFL and other sports elsewhere?
Well until that happens, I won't know. But using your logic above, you must have been doing something wrong, as your suggesting that I'm in the wrong for expecting a printout of the odds?Wedgie wrote:Lucky you're not with Centrebet, christ if you think getting a piece of paper with odds printed out on it is bad service you'd be flying up to Alice Springs and burning CB down if you'd had the problem I had with them after being a long term customer.
