Saturday Night - France Race 2: What the **** happened?

Postby silicone skyline » Tue Oct 07, 2008 1:31 pm

I backed the 15 to win, and it came home, but one of the barriers didn't open properly, making it a false start. What the hell happened after that?

Shit i was peaking, but i still don't know if they ran it again or what goes on?

Yeah I'm not sure what happened. We were on that race as part of our Footy Trip syndicate. All I know is when we checked the ticket in the morning our money was refunded. I guess from that the race was cancelled.
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

The horse was paying about 7 bucks I think. We waited for ages but no refund was given, must have come eventually. Problem is I'm in SA, how do i get my money back without venturing over the border?

Which is what I thought was going to happen. Why shouln't it? Every horse ran the race out hard, why am I penalised for a malfunction?

Was it a big meet? I couldn't hear the commentary

I thought UniTab decided to give everyone a full refund and declare a special dividend for the Double.
