i'm asking the soccer experts out there with the weather & the heaviness of the ground conditions, does it mean that under 2.5 goals a reasonable bet @ $1.95 on sportsbet ? i'm thinking so

No...it favours the over...as more likely to be more mistakes = more opportunites
