AG with the stock market so volatile at the moment why dont you do the same competition but with you punting the horses or dogs.

ANY MUG could punt winners on the rugby world cup (only 3 teams with half a winning chance).

CMON make it a real challenge!

GRUB > i'm with you on this...
Shares go up @ 1 or 2% max... and you need major investment to make $$$$$$

On the punt - if you back same units on 3 x $1.70 pops and 2 win, you have made 11% a lot quicker then a stock market (and with a bigger thrill of watching a winner as well I bet   )
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

but you don't necessarily lose your entire stake in the stock-market- unlike Grub's "sure things"...

yes but when the loss comes you can't blame some faceless yuppie who's jammed your dough on a wrong tv screen. On the punt as we all know it's never our selections that are in error it's always that little dwarf crooked bastard that pulled it up.
Hey soccer you owe us 45million.

A very important point that people seem to often forget when doing these sorts of comparisons
John Olsen, June 2012 wrote:"Reserves teams in the SANFL for the two AFL clubs is not negotiable.
We will not compromise the SANFL competition (with AFL reserves teams)."
