ac1-50 had a hard preperation first 4 rounds
wb2-61 might outstay adelaide if dry day
ss1-95 getting fitter
ge1-86 just lost momentum
wc1-13 win easy
bl..6-00 thanks for the memories
sk1-44 should win
fr2-80 too hot and cold
co1-59 look a good thing, no injuries and firing
pp2-38 will get flogged if its a dry day
hw1-60 in rare form, follow whilst firing
es 2-35 hard game anzac day and no lloyd.
I have a little system which i use after 3 rounds each year
on the AFL it shows a small profit since using it 3 years ago
this weeks punts.
WC all up CO and works out to $1-80 a good double.
CO at the $1-59 is the star bet
happy punting .

Havent seen Sturt, but the mail from Noarlunga is that south dont have the legs to run out 4 quarters so if Sturt can stay with them for most of the day they may be a chance to over run the panthers. If a team isnt fit now to run out 4 quarters what were they doing all summer?
westies are a good price, they arent travelling all that well but Centrals backing up after tuesdays loss to the eagles while westies were resting up.
and i think the rooster will be too strong for Glenelg, the rooster should really be a clear cut flag favourite.

Mal,
Nothing outstanding yet for this week- last weeks tips yielded both Western Bulldogs & Melbourne, @ $2 & $2.35 respectively, plus the all up @ $4.70.
A week of overs, me thinks....Footy is no different to the Dogs/Trots, you back the overs, don't try to pick the winners. My selections below, not every team will win, but enough should to show a profit- says me who is "down" over all for the year! The teams have started to sort out the pecking order now, they're settling down- good time to bet.
PS the only one calling me a "guru" is me!
nb. I will put my bets proper up by Fri arvo.
$2.35 Kangaroos
$2.60 Western Bulldogs
$1.90 Geelong
$2 Collingwood -13.5 pts
$2.35 Essendon
$2.45 Norwood (excellent strike rate against the Pies)

I reckon w/bulldogs @ $2.60 is massive overs - was expecting $1-90 for both, now Roo is in doubt on top of all the other injuries/suspensions....theve had 3 wins but all narrow ones...reckon the dogs can roll em

A dry track would enhance the WB chances.
At least one of those teams will play attractive footy!
I follow both the adelaide teams BUT.

Those odds all up = $133 for every dollar invested. Could think of worse ways to lose $10 or $20...

Mal, you like the Collingwood/West Coast double? go WCE $1.12 in to C'wood at the points (-13.5) @ $2 & you get on @ $2.24, better than your $1.80...

i was going to have a big crack at south thinking they would be about 1/2 but not at 1/5 i think i might have a bit on norwood at the points & they do have a good record against them but i'll wait for the teams first, study then decide what to do

Bayman, go the double (as above) or take Collingwood str8 out at the points.
I wouldn't be throwing any big money on South. Actually, I coul;dn't back any of the favourites in the SANFL this round with any confidence. The only teams I'm confident of in the AFL are WCE, C'wood & the Western Bulldogs (Treble is $5.80- C'wood at the points)

BAYMAN AND PR
If its dry CO could wallop PP
PP have conceded 19-19-18-17 scoring shots
in the second halfs this year in the 4 games.
If CO stay with them for a half they should win easy.
If any bookies are betting at HALF TIME then a good
bet would be CO to overrun PP.

I'm having a crack at-
Coll -13.5pts/WB/WCE 1 unit @ $5.84
Coll/WB/WCE/STk 1 unit @ $6.67
Coll -13.5pts/WB/WCE/Stk 1 unit @ $8.44
Best part is, I can win on all 3
As Sheik Yerbouti says "call a unit what you will"

MAL HALF-BETTING
With centrebet you can bet the half-time handicap. I backed collingwood against the bombers on tuesday to lead by -8.5 at $1.87. i flicked up the market at half time and they had a market up for the second half and i tried to get on that again but you cant do internet betting on 'live games' and i was too lazy to ring.
