I would say definately yes..

The only other caller I follow would be Craig Rail - but his winners strikerate isn't anything like Jimmy...

Craig Rail's knowedge is good BUT has he ever tipped against an ODDS ON pop in his career ??????
Not everyone loves Jimmy's calls but as a tipster, he definately has the 2 BOZO'S on RPH safely covered.
