Good luck Grub. Great odds on the sixes. Hope someone hits one. If they happen to tie, you'd hate it to be 0-0!! What's the average number of sixes in a Twenty20 game? Of course, the higher the number, the less chance of a tie.

I haven't studied the dismissals market. I assume 'any other fielder' is anyone but the bowler and wicket keeper?
