AFL premiership

Please give me your thoughts on these boys….the hot pies!

I discovered this:

Coll play 14 games @ MCG, 4 @ TD
They play these teams twice: Ess, Syd, Adl, Melb so they don’t play 2 v geel or haw…..after round 12 they leave vic once to play adl whom they own anyway.

It is starting to make me think $15 isn’t bad at all….

Here’s their core group divided up, see what you think.

Big forwards:

John Anthony
A Rocca
S Rusling
T Cloke
McCarthy

Big Backs:

N Brown
L Brown
Maxwell
O’Brien
Prestigiacomo

Rucks:

fraser
C Bryan
Reid
Wood

Midfield:

Didak
Pendlebury
O’Bree
Thomas
Swan

Small forwards:

Corrie
L Davis
Lockyer
Medhurst

Small Backs:

H Shaw
M Clarke
S Cox
B dick
Goldsack
B Johnson
toovey

Can they win it?

Its ok to not have to play the 'big' teams twice during the year but they still have to face them in the finals and quite possibly travel in finals too
You make some good points but I think come Sept they will be found out

EXACTLY....

And their midfield is slow. Maybe bet on them to make the 8. But you don't win a premiership without beating the best teams.... And despite the fact they only play Geelong and Hawthorn once, they have to beat them in finals to win the flag.

Collingwood will be a 5-8 side at best.... Don't get excited over the weekend - they might as well of played the WC mini league.....
