Agree with u AG. If the weather is fine, $1.45 Eng does look very Generous indeed.
Remembering this test pitch only had 2 days preparation on an oval used for soccer these days so expect the pitch to get more difficult to bat on the longer the match goes.
Interesting pitch with the gutter that goes thru the middle of it caused by the centre line of the soccer pitch, causing significant variation in bounce when the ball pitches on it.

Good work Grub. I was thinking a draw might be on the cards if WI could have batted into the fourth day, but they crumbled badly.
Been playing around with the lay bet on this game and let's just say I may have been betting against the Poms at the start
Now if they win I'll be even, but I'll be mighty pissed if it's a draw!!!

Pitch is holding up well and Flintoff won't bowl, so the draw is somewhat on the cards. Would take the two current batsmen to do something special though.
