Just wondering where he was... I noticed he hasnt raced for a while..

i believe he's driving a couple of sth aussie horses on monday at the victorian meeting (i think it's at horsham)

Was out for 3 weeks serving a suspension thanks to nathan jack.Hes back in the sulky tom night at terang.

what did Nathan Jack have to do with it. DD could have handled it better

your not serious r you. n jack`s horse did not complete the course. he burnt daryls drive and the stewards deemed both drivers to not give there horse any hope. as a result they both got suspended.
there is friction between the douglas camp and the jack camp and they have been bluing ever since he burnt his horse that drew the pole that night( its name escapes me at the min).

DD didnt need to take Jack on.

Its been goin on for long time.
Hunter Cup was when it flared up again when N Jack took on DD who was on the Fav and Jack was on 30/1 shot. Cost DD the race (ran 4th) NJ finished out the back. Glenn D (trainer) wanted to kill NJ but DD told him to settle down he'll square up with NJ.

Overload, DD didn't take on Jack it was other way round. DD was in front a Jack kept goin, Jack's horse fainted and was pulled up DD ran mid field.
Stewards gave both of them 6 weeks for not giving the drive every chance.
Not one person anywhere reckons DD should of got 1 days suspension let alone 3 weeks he's sevred after 2 appeals.
At least jack sevred 6 weeks cos hes been destroying races for a while.
He and his bro like a little dabble and drive according at times!!!!!!!

The quote you high lighted is only stating what many people believe.
There's NO doubting he can drive, And it was never suggested that wasn't the case.
Driven 2 Group 1 winners and Over 100 last few seasons!!!!
