I can find the 1st round odds, but zip after that.

Dont know much about Betfair but that might be worth a look as you can exchange bets e.g. you say you want 10/1 for Aus to lose all matches and someone can come and take the bet

Much better value though, has depending on who's playing, as most divvies are better than evens.
