Thanks for the welcome mal, dutchy, bayman, punkrooster and mightytiger - pleasure to be aboard!

Was $70 down on last week, but got the Eagles up as an outsider. Have a range of punting expertise, but prefer the sports, although keep an eye on the gallops and trots also.

This week, Perce has a real special at Morphettville Race 8, no.6, Flying Phoenix. This one featured very heavily in the stewards report three weeks back when second-up and the jock reported he resented racing on the inside of runners from barrier one. Drawn 6 tomorrow, and have been waiting for this to reappear. At $11 in the overnight market, this is Perce's special tomorrow. We'll have $20 e.w on it, and quinella it with the field for a dollar unit also, for $30 total. Will take Just Grand in the Queensland Derby at $10 also, and like Street Smart for a roughie in the Stradbroke at $26. We'll have a tenner each way on both of these, and take the Sportsbet multi on them, for only $3, to win $780. To make it even, we'll have a box quin on the Stradbroke of 3,4,6,9,15,19 at the 50c unit. Total gallops bets: $100.50.

Don't like much on the footy tomorrow, but South at $3.50 to roll the Eagles is appealing, particularly after they rolled them at Woodville last year. We'll have $10 on this.

In the AFL, we'll take the multi of Bulldogs/Melbourne/Adelaide/Sydney at win only, no margin for $6.43. Take $10 on that for $64.30.

Will take one multi on the World Cup also: Germany/England/Poland and a draw between Argentina and Ivory Coast: $5 to win $58.

Each week, Perce will have a long term punt to keep the bank interested. Last week was Dean Howard each way at $50 for the Magarey. This week, we'll have $20 on the Port Magpies to win the flag at $3 to win $60.
