Have a look at this. A good mate, who is in the financial planning game, had a client approach him saying he received a phone call from a company called Commercial Securities (http://www.commercialsecurities.com.au), pushing the client to invest $10Kfor a "licence" and not revealing much about the "investment".

Have any of you heard of this mob? From what i can read, they try promote it as a investment and it is set up carefully. They are legitimately set up but dont have a AFSL licence. It appears as though they are simply gambling on the Horses. There results are impressive but once again, who knows if they are actual bets.

Thoughts?

I only looked at their home page for 10 seconds but that was enough to convince me it is a complete scam. Every cliche in the book!!!

No AFSL Licence gives it away also

as ecky said a complete scam that makes those nigerian emails look valid which off course they are not
