FRIDAY MT GAMBIER
Dunno the form of about 75% of the horses so Ive invested not one silver coin on them
No investments from me

SATURDAY
GDP have 10 races, thats fine

SUNDAY
Victor Harbor
non TAB meeting, 5 races, 1 race with 8 runners for EW betting [unless a scratching]
No investments from me


I generally have about 15-18 races to bet on the weekends
However this weekend I have 10
Could we not programme a Mt Gambier meeting the same weekend as the non TAB meeting at VH

HRSA (Harness Racing SA) do the meeting programing.

What you know the form of all the Pirie horses after many of them race at the Non Tab Whyalla meetings? Not much different to Pirie meetings.

Anymore reasons/excuses can you come up with?
Heat!
Whip Rule!
Interstate Horses!
Backing Up!

Any decent punter can work around these things. Do Pro's at the gallops Not bet when any of your excuses kick in? They'd never bet on a race!!!!
Deal with it and move on!!!!!
Your Not betting on sheep stations!!!!!

PS there is 9 races Monday with full fields for every race!!!!!!!!! That gives you 19 races!!!!!!!

agree centreman form is form regardless where they race, its not hard to say a horse that races in whyalla and duznt run a place thats is up against a horse that runs a 4th or 5th at GDP has not chance

i 'chose' not to bet on them like mal, however i think mt gambier does deserve tab programming for its cup & cup heats meetings....perhaps to keep everyone happy they may go tuesday-saturday next year

I think another mistake they made was having Mt Gambier on the same day as Stawell, surely that should have been looked at. Taking runners away from each other

Simple solution
Not a prob giving MTG a TAB meet for thier Cup race
The trade off for missing a PP or GDP Friday meeting is 1 of the following 3 options
A... Programme GDP Sunday
B... Programme PP Sunday
C... Programme a VH TAB meeting [which MOST city punters bet on as MOST know the form]

You dont have to be Eincentremanstein to work that out

Next time can the trotting people [whatever they are called] can they not programme a MTG meeting the same weekend as a VH non TAB meeting
