In a punters club with the cricket club lads. Had the first 3 legs of the Melbourne quaddie and had 5 runners in the 9 horse last leg field.

Did everyone else get their anus bruised on the punt on Saturday?

I don't have a good track record when I place my bets without watching them, I had to on Saturday and will have to for the next few months.

Once I did manage to get to the pub to check my tickets all the rest of my mates had gone to shit too.

I'm contemplating giving up or just going for the quaddies.

Yep well and truly, heap of 2nd's and 4th's, back all my Blackbookers bar one Quick Thinker which salutes at $15. Miss my first winning bet because the old man ties me up on the phone helping him sort his SANFL Digital Pass. I had a strong feeling I was in for a rough day but tried to prove myself wrong lol and failed dismally.

X2.

Think I will just stick to the punters club quaddie for the next few weeks while my wounds heal.

I smashed it the previous two weeks so I can't complain too much, I tried betting using the same method but it just didn't work not being there, probably would've failed if I was watching.

Won the Punters Club at our pub. Typical I pick winners left, right and centre but didn't put one bet on as I was at the footy for the first time on a Saturday this year instead of in a pub!

Not me, backed Quick Thinker, Tumbler Ridge and Lil Kontra. It nearly wasnt to be as i backed Magna Bella in the 1st and thought it lost and that was going to be it for the day if it didnt win.
Shouldve stopped after the tumbler ridge win, nothing for the rest of the day

Trainer is up and about with his summary, he's looking bigger and stronger than last prep, he trialed well last week over 1000m with some good company although he wasn't pushed in the straight.

He's always a chance if ridden correctly.
