Thomas Bjorn has started brilliantly, -5 to be clubhouse leader. He only made it into the tournament after Vijay Singh withdrew through injury, and was $201 pre tournament.

Miguel Angel Jimanez is next on -4, Simon Dyson also in the clubhouse on -2, Sergio Garcia is -2 after 14 holes.

52 players are still to tee off, in howling winds of up to 40km/h.

Good luck, Ron, Clarke leads at the end of a horror day three, weatherwise, to sit -5, one shot clear of Dustin Johnson at -4. Bjorn and Rickie Fowler -2, then Lucas Glover and Overloaded's favorite golfer, Jiminez ( ;) ) on -1.

Been up the last couple nights watching the golf, if Clarke had nailed a few of his birdie putts it'd be game over. But Johnson looked good last night. Still think anyone even par or better can have a chance. If Clarke and Johnson aren't patient it's Anyones major.

Got an interesting decision to make. I could lay Clarke for $300 so I get approx 1,500 if he wins, and $300 if he loses. Or I can just try win the major prize, $2,800.

Good luck to Johno and anyone else with bets still in play.
