Centrebet- very good when it comes to freebies (heaps of weekly specials). Preferred the old website layout, and there were teething problems during the changeover
Sportsbet- never had a problem, but some odds aren't as good as other sites.
Betfair- Ugly and takes a while to get used to, but invaluable. Especially if you want to bet on Hungarian Lawn Bowls..
Sportingbet- Rarely use them now. Believe they took over centrebet?

I use Sportingbet mainly but also Tatts and Centrebet. Main consideration for me is a phone app as that is how I now do most of my punting. Sportingbets app is the best I have used

middle tote for that trots winner was $54 btw 8)

Centrebet & Sportingbet are the best I've used. The bet packs that both now offer are very good value. Terrific promotions and competitions too. Centrebets Centrebest Tote where you get the best of either the fixed odds at the time you place your bet or the best of the 3 totes is excellent. The only thing I don't like about centrebet is that you cannot have more than 4 horses in a multibet. With sportingbet you can.

As MT said Sportsbet have poor customer service. Have been banned from the anyway! Having said that they are generally the first to frame markets and you can have up to 12 horses in a multi bet.

IAS bet is terrible.

For Win, Place and Lay betting Betfair is definitely the way to go. They don't to racing multi bets or exotics though.

Haven't used any of the others.

Unitab has really improved in the last 2 years
Going back 2-3 years ago this is how I rated the on line TABS

1 Tasmanian TAB
2 Ozbet WA TAB
3 VIC + NSW TABs
4 Unitab

Tasmanian TAB was taken over by Unitab recently

These days my ratings are
1 Unitab
2 WA TAB
3 VIC + NSW TABs

What do people think of the new VIC + NSW TAB Internet set ups ?

can anyone explain what the go is in relation to multiple betting with sportingbet? i take quaddies occasionally and am wondering what is the maximum they will pay out, i generally only have 1 or 2 in each leg therefore have a full unit going.

from sportingbet:

Unless otherwise agreed, the maximum amount that may be paid out on any win wager via the telephone
(either single or multiple wagers) is $500,000. In addition, all multiple wagers are subject to a maximum win of
2,500 times the Client's wager.
39. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Sportingbet, the maximum amount that may be paid out on any win
wager via the Internet (either single or multiple wagers) is $50,000. This is regardless as to whether the wager
is accepted via the Internet at the time of placing the wager. In addition, all multiple wagers are subject to a
maximum win of 2,500 times the Client's wager

does that mean the max payout is $2500?

what ever you bet x 2500 is the max payout I believe

$10 wagered means max payout of $25,000

well so much for topbetta!, placed my bets for perth yeterday and for some unknown reason bets from race 3 thru to 7 were cancelled and refunded, i realised this before the races were run so tried to ring them, got the all operators are busy please leave a message crap, left my number for them to ring me back all to no avail, anyway i replaced the bets and kept a check and all seemed ok until i didnt bother checking prior to the 6th in which i backed the winner but the bet had again been cancelled, this is only a $3 win bet btw, again i tried to ring them with the same result, so i emailed them, havent been answered, kiss my arse is all i can say those useless kents!!

the only reason i was betting with them was because they gave me an extra $100 when i deposited $50
