They ruin what should be a good, fun experience.

They went to the dogs years ago, and not just the Punters Club (albeit it's pretty laughable how inept they are with that one). It's a shame because personally I thought they were the leading corporate bookie by an absolute mile, for a long time. But they're a shadow of their former selves sadly.
