Factor this into your bets- West Coast have played at 1) home 2) Adelaide & now head to 3) Melb (in 3 weeks), where they have a poor strike rate.
The furthest Sydney have gone is to the corner deli...

I may take a Red & White double @ $4.20
I like the Swans for the flag (reasons stated above).
I cannot back against North Adelaide now- I think we're a mad chance (50/50).
I'm also in red hot punting form atm (this can end at anytime though..)

Fair call - also travelled to Melb the week before
think I will end up settling on a small profit if WCE win - double my outlay, a nice profit if Sydney win

the whole idea of the inital bet was to save at some stage - always thought at some stage of the finals they would be shorter than 6/1 - I got burnt in 04 when I had a potential win of $600 going into Brisbane to win the flag and didnt save - ouch!!!

i learnt something today, something i was unaware of which is that the SANFL have a rule in place that says that bookies have to stop betting on the medal three days before the event. it could be just me but i never knew that existed.

WELL IM considering having something on the EAGLES at a $1.60 as they have a great finals record against every other side except central.
id have eagles into both sydney and west coast 1 - 39pts with more on sydney as i think they will win
then id have the above and add centrals for the flag at $1.50!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sorry mt

alright Ive decided, Im going to save to cover my outlay only - So I have a free hit at Sydney (6/1) for a nice win and will get my money back if WCE win...at least i wont lose!...maybe Ill make it so I get $1- profit on WCE so its the old MT79 maxim...everytime you win...
Going to back WWT to cover the line also
gee its a battle of the birds this weekend - Swans, Eagles x2 and the egg layers...

I went to the AUD today to put on my footy bets and a number of them contained centrals in them for the flag.
I believe that centrals should be a lot shorter but JOHNNY told me that centrals will be $1.50 next week and if north win centrals will be $1.60.

well DUTCHY if you saw how many bets ive had then what you said last week about me liking a bet is quite true.
The main reason ive had so many and different combinations is that im doing the boxed multi scenario that centrebet offer.
WWT win this is *****
WWT PTS -12.5 ***
WWT 40+ **
Syd win **
Syd 1 - 39pts **
CENTRALS FLAG *******************
basically ive backed the above individually and in doubles, trebles etc.
thornton had to fill out some manually as they werent in the computer, but ran out of tickets so i had to take a couple with Curly.
the one bet i didnt get on was
WWT 40+
Syd 1 - 39
centrals flag
i took backwell, kenna, o'sullivan to win the magarey into sydney/centrals premiership
