Register your interest and ability to get involved in managing it.

I propose simplifying the strategy to the following days :

Caulfield Cup Day
Cox Plate Day
Melbourne Cup Day

The first two are Saturdays, that way bets must be in on the Friday 3pm (or thereabouts) and those who are running it can rest easy on the day.

Melbourne Cup Day all the bets in by 3pm on the Monday, as above.

After Melbourne Cup Day getting the Oaks and Champions Stakes Days up and running were hard work.

This way we have three meetings across 3* weeks. Less onerous on the organizers.

Yep I am in for a share.

Happy to assist, Cup day is a day off work for me, so I am probably better placed than most on the day for some admin duties, or whatever.
