well we all know that one party has gone to the supreme court against the other for a reported $200,000.00

well while i dont understand the whole concept of the case except for it is something do do with memberships etc

what i do know is if BOTH CAMPS loved the trotts as they say, why are they in court surely the money spent would be better served by using it for the opening round of heats (3 or 4) for the interdominion instead of the first round being run in melbourne, or even spread the money over a period of time so all participants can/could of had a share in prizemoney

what do you guys think ?

In a nutshell, group 1 tried to get 260 new members in to vote on the up coming elections.. group 2 wants to out the president and blocked it.. Group 1 went to court to get the memberships approved. Group 2 fought it... Group 1 won and Group 2 got left to pay the bill for all of it, which is meant to be a lot of money...

It's ***** like this that have stuffed this industry.. thats why WA are about to go up to $20k stakes on a Friday and we are about to go down to 6 x $4000 and 2 x $2000 and 1 x $1200 races.. pretty ordinary... in additional last years interdom - $1.5m.. this years $500k.. need we say any more>>
