Plunge at STRATH dogs by BAYMAN +greyhound gossip

I was going to the Adelaide oval to see the Jellybacks v Victoria but decided
to go to Strathalbyn dogs with the Mighty Bayman.
We met at the Toll Gate and in true BAYMAN/MAL style we tossed to see who was
driving the rest of the way, Bayman lost and had to drive
I went predominantly because of race 4 where R B Harris had 6 of the 8 runners,
all locally bred hounds.
R B Harris would have been very disapointed because the other 2 dogs ran 1st and 3rd

I was impressed with the set up but the $4-50 admission was too steep, BUT thanks
to Bayman we got in for free through an undisclosed enterance.
There were formguides for all trots /races/dogs[but never at Angle park :!: ]
Food was priced ok, and Greg Mcatee bet about 130%[very good for a bush track]
Mcatee is only a small but very likeable bookie.

MAL spent an hour doing markets and in race 6 rated number 7 KEYCARD at $3
It was a late mal tip last wednesday which conversely won.
BAYMAN swooped on the $7 bet by Mcatee and the dog was hammered into $3-50
in a spectacular on course plunge[well for strath at least]
KEYCARD after a moderate beginning ran on well to salute and the Mighty Bayman
did it again. :P

A good day out, I will go to the next dog/trots meeting mid november.
The only disapointment today was the conspicious non attendance of the Mighty Tiger.

very well summerised mal, but whatabout macatee he would've made 90-100 runs today if he was batting :!: :!: :!: as for the driving i wanted to anyway as if i'm going to die in a car crash i want to be the driver as then its at least partly my fault whereas if a passenger i have no control in my destiny  :!: :!: but thats just the way i am, no aspersions on your driving though

between the tote & the bookie would've been about the length of a cricket pitch & greg kept going up to the tote & back watching the market & laying off (not one boundry)
