r1 only three winning hopes 2,3,4 with a slight leaning to 3 while 1,7 could sneak a place
r2 open race chances 4,5,6,7,9 top pick 5 with a big watch on 9 it has won only 3 from 52 starts with 11 placings but has won more prizemoney than anything else in the race
r3 well the old motto they cant win from 10 over 1800m is out the door here as this is the exception as it'll win for multis 4(who is ready to win), 6,7,8,9 next best 1,2
r4 very open chances to 2,3,5,7,9 next best 1
r5 7 on top from 3,8,9 with next best 2,6,10
r6 well 3 looks like being short & hard to beat but i like 10 e/w other hopes 2,7,8,9
r7 main chances 4,6,7,8 that should be enough to get the trifecta only 1,2 could sneak a place but i doubt it

suggested bet(s)
r3 no 10 win
r6 no 10 e/w

treble
10/2,3,5,7,9/7 for multiple units & 10/2,3,5,7,9/3,8,9 for less units

good luck on the punt
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

SCD Preview

Postby SCD » Sun Dec 10, 2006 12:45 am

I won't get another chance to get online before Monday - so here is my preview (would like to go there on Monday, but not sure I will be allowed!)

Race 1 - 2 to lead and win with 1,3,4 filling the placings
Race 2 - Open race - look for the best value with 2,4,5,6,9,10
Race 3 - 10 wins for a place take 2,3,7,8,9 (4 is no good and don't think it's near a win until it draws 1 or 7)
Race 4 - Really like 1 and 7 here (1 has been leading in Vic) so take this heavily in multiples with place hopes to 2,4,5,9
Race 5 - 6,7,10 the top hopes with 3 and 8 the next best
Race 6 - While 3 will lead and is going good, don't think it's a good thing - but is a good hope.. top chances to 3,4,9 and place hopes to 1,2,7,8,10
Race 7 - 4,6,8 the top hopes (7 can place - but only if the handbreak is dropped before they go out on the track) place hopes to 1 and 2

Suggested Bets
R1 - 2 W
R3 - 10 W
R4 - 1 + 7 in multis

Betfair Specials
R5 - 7 (can win - but was only fair 1st up and probably shorter then it should be)
R7 - 7 (driver can't win races anymore!)

well - I dish it out, so I took it tonight - bayman, as promised at Globe tonight - I appologise for saying Gunbarrel Straight is no good and for it to win from barrier 10 at Gawler is a good effort.. spot on the mark again.. just hope your right about my horse being ready to win one!![/b]
