race 1 - 8 looks good to be placed ran second at $2.60 place
betfair - 1,2 both of these unplaced though big difference in prices

race 2 - 3 should be in the finish it won at $1.60 and $1.70
betfair 1,2,7 7 was a late scratching, 2 was rough and 1 was in the market all no-where

race 3 - 8 looks well boxed. 1 should run a place from the good draw. the 4 dog went SUPER last start but that was in an easier race. it was slow out and motored through the pack to end up running 2nd. If it jumps it could well blow the field apart, but would prepare to risk it on BETFAIR if comes up 2nd fav. well the 8 got the cash and the 4 ran 3rd

other betfair are 2,3,6,7 none figured

race 4 - 5,8 look good to be in the finish they ran the quinella

betfair - 2,6,7 these no-where

race 5 - 3 e/w as MAL mentioned no good

race 6 - 5 should be there no good

betfair - 6 is hit or miss scratched

race 7 - 2 3rd

betfair 5,7 5 scratched and 7 ran 2nd

9 - 8 2nd

betfair - 5 no good

race 10 - betfair 2 and 7. the 7 has only 1 win in 32 starts with 10 seconds.

the 2 no good but the 7 which is a quinella special actually won a race at $16.00.............

MAL alluded to this a while back, but I am able to put this up for reading.

MR. DESMOND HOCKLEY AND MR. PETAR JOVANOVIC

On 6th December Stewards concluded an inquiry involving Trainers Mr. Desmond Hockley and Mr. Petar Jovanovic.

After taking into consideration evidence submitted from both parties and their witnesses. Mr. Desmond Hockley was advised of his obligations under the Rules following a complaint lodged in regards to statements contributed to him.

Stewards questioned Mr. Petar Jovanovic regarding the checking of greyhounds at Registered Tracks. Mr. Jovanovic was advised that there was insufficient evidence to charge him with a breach of the Rules. However he was instructed that the practice of checking and treating greyhounds on registered Tracks in SA was to cease immediately.
