as was reported weeks earlier.

POSITIVE SWAB – REMO SAILOR

On 23rd November 2006 Mr. Robert Drurey was informed that the greyhound REMO SAILOR had shown the presence of HEPTAMINOL from the urine sample taken at the Greyhound Racing SA meeting held at Gawler on 31st October 2006.

The reserve portion of the urine sample was tested and the presence of HEPTAMINOL was confirmed.

Mr. Drurey has been advised that he is required to attend an inquiry at the offices of Greyhound Racing SA Limited, 55 Cardigan Street, Angle Park on Wednesday, 20th December 2006 at 1.30pm, together with any witnesses that may assist for an inquiry by the Stewards into the circumstances relating to the obtaining of the positive urine sample

maybe we should bring in no laws greyhound racing??? :wink:

Mr Drurey i believe only has a couple of dogs, but i could be wrong. But I am in the way of thinking that battling trainers could drug there dog up, put plenty of cash on it through bookies, tabs across the country, betfair etc and get some cash that way. its not right but some trainers may do it as the poor prizemoney is bringing the trainers/owners to there knees.

Mr Drurey is not a person I would place a greyhound with.

PUNK in your professional opinion who, other then yourself would you let train a greyhound?

id give a dog to MAL to train, it would help with his weight loss challenge when walking it!!! and the dog would live on organic food
