overall an open night so look for value or look at multis
r1 every horse (1,2,3,4,5,7) has a chance except 8 who can not win, with a watch on 6 top pick is the pole
r2 4,5,8,10 & add 9,11 for multis, top picks 4,5 (whoever leads & i'm not sure probably 5 but as i said not sure)
r3 chances 4,5,7,10 while 1,8,9 are rough place hopes
r4 1,6,8 with next best 2,9 while betfair lay 7 it was ordinary last start
r5 chances 4,6,7,8 & only 1,3 could split the trifecta
r6 1 fitter & looks a good thing (rated 5/4) the main danger is 10 with next best being 6,7
r7 3,4,6,11 next best 7
r8 i know 2 trialled ok & has speed while 3 was favourite in victoria so it must go well while i know nothing about the rest so stay out
r9 5 is an e/w or place special from 10,11
suggested bet(s)
r6 no 1 win
r9 no 5 e/w
punks,ag's dutchy's etc etc betfair lay(s)
r1 no 8 CAN NOT WIN
r4 no 7 CAN NOT WIN ON ITS LAST RUN JUST LAY IT
good luck on the punt & TREAD WARILY

Looks like a tough night - but I will be on a plane to Melbourne (have to work the weekend - can't even make it out to Moonee Valley for the big Vic Cup meeting - so now not happy)
race 1 - 2 had good 2 year old form and the form out of Saved a Corka will stand out, so rove it with 1,4,5,7 in trifectas
race 2 - 4,5,10 the top 3 (I think the 4 can lead bayman) with place hopes to 1,8,11
race 3 - 2,6,9 the top hopes with place chances to 1,3,5,6,7,8
race 4 - i'm actually keen on the 7 here (1:59.9 - placegetter at Gawler last start) with place hopes to 2,5,6,8,11
race 5 - 4 and 8 clearly on top with place hopes to 1,5,6,7 (maybe 3rd for 3)
race 6 - 1 and 10 quinella (while fitter the 1 won a shocking race last time and 10 went good in a feature race at Globe last
week) 2,3,6,7,9 fighting out 3rd
race 7 - even over the 1609 - like the 11 here as a good e/w bet... other chances 3 and 7 with place hopes to 4,6,9
race 8 - don't bet
race 9 - picking on trainers - take 4 and 10 here with place hopes to 5,7,11 (like the 10 here) - that 5 is a non trying cat
Suggested Bets
R1 - 2 e/w
r4 - 7 e/w
r6 - 1 + 10 quin
Betfair takers
r2 - 10 (will be unders and went terrible last start - yes i'm talking out my pocket!)
r3 - 5 (driver will get lost on the way to the course - let alone out on the track)
r5 - 7 (huge / massive jump in grade, can only run a place at very very best)

EARLY MAL
-------------
R5-8 KING CAREY is first up but is the best horse in the field
R9-5 PREMIER HOLMES ew but last chance
SCD/BAYMAN
Are you aware that the new Northern expressway is planned to
be running through the Gawler trotting complex.
That would be the end of Gawler.

Premier Holmes - when will you learn (I may lose the night it finally wins one - but i'm still going to be better off then you blokes who keep betting it)
I knew about Gawler - it's finally going to have something decent done to it - the place is a joke... there isn't to my knowledge anywhere else in Australia where there are 2 harness tracks within 15 mins of each other - get rid of Gawler (turnover is better and so is racing at Globe and it's not far from home)

premier holmes thank god for it & for the record it raced away from them it didn't look like a non trying cat tonight

& WAS NEVER EVER GOING TO LOSE
personally i had a loss but if it wasn't for high cadence & premier holmes it would've been a disaster

The early MAL results
KING CAREY [$3-40 PAPER] 2ND AND STARTED $1-70 WHATS NEW
PREMIER HOLMES THE MUCH malIGNED PACER [$4-50 PAPER] WINS
AND PAYS $3-00 WHATS NEW.
SCD was 50% clever tonight
He said Premier Holmes[$3] was a dud MAL + BAYMAN declared it
But he tipped She Knows How [$3-40] + BAYMAN had it as a betfair lay

He was wrong once tonight but do not detract from his excellent tipping
3 bets + found a $3-40 winner, a slight profit
His 3 betfair lays lost = profit
